JESUS CHRIST AND MOSES

One who studies the true Torah will understand the New Testament (the Gospel) and will preach it!
For Moses to whom God gave the Torah, announced the coming of Jesus Christ
Deut 18v15: The LORD thy God will raise up unto thee a Prophet from the midst of thee, of thy brethren, like unto me; unto him ye shall hearken
A prophet like Moses, let's see the similarities between this prophet and Moses
MOSES- when Moses was born, Pharaoh had ordered that all boys children be killed but Moses was saved by Pharaoh's daughter (Exodus 2).
JESUS - some time after the birth of Jesus, the King Herod ordered the massacre of all boys newborn, but God said to Joseph to flee to Egypt with the child and his mother (Mat 2v13-23 )
Moses was physical a liberator of the Israelites, and Jesus was the spiritual liberator of the Israelites (Isaiah 53)
Moses grew, and he stripped himself of his fame as prince of Egypt to rejoin humbly his people, but he was rejected by them (Exodus 2v11-15)
Jesus also stripped Himself of His glory and made Himself humble: Phil 2v5-8: Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.
Deut 18v16: According to all that thou desiredst of the LORD thy God in Horeb in the day of the assembly, saying, Let me not hear again the voice of the LORD my God, neither let me see this great fire any more, that I die not.
No human can see God in His glorious form and live, that's why God himself became man putting himself in a human body and came and speak to His people in the person of  Jesus Christ and Isaiah prophesied, saying that He would be called "Emmanuel" (God among us Isaiah 7V14. Mat 1v21-23)
and,Jesus did not annul the law given to Moses, none jot has been removed (Mat 5v17-19)
Jesus Christ is well and truly the prophet announced by Moses.
And the LORD said unto Moses, See, I have made thee a god to Pharaoh: and Aaron thy brother shall be thy prophet.(Exodus 7v1)
The difference between Moses and Jesus is that Jesus is God came in human body and therefore He is God, but Moses was made God by God (God gave him the power to represent Him on the earth) just for a time in order to release Israelites from Egyptian slavery.
THEREFORE IT IS UNDOUBTEDLY THAT JESUS CHRIST IS WELL THE PROPHET WHO HAS BEEN ANNOUNCED BY MOSES . ALL THOSE WHO KNOW THE TORAH UNDERSTAND THE NEW TESTAMENT.
John 5v46-47:  For had ye believed Moses, ye would have believed me; for he wrote of me. But if ye believe not his writings, how shall ye believe my words?
Shalom!
