One
day a believing person asked me to pray for him because he felt demonic
presences in his home and he was oppressed etc, I said okay! and I
prayed with him, and in the night the Lord shows me the condition of his
house in a vision, I saw that the house had been cleaned, but people
opened the door and they entered freely without any opposition.
And the Lord was telling me that that person opened doors to demons in his life by engaging in occult practices, which gave the right of access to the demons in his life, this person although was Christian, he consulted the seers, and had other sins in his life, and so, despite all prayers, nothing happened, as long as he does not repent and do not turn away from his evil ways (2Chr7v14), and I had told him, he responded by saying "I understand" because he knew what I was talking because his spiritual life has been weakened considerably and therefore this person needed to be delivered from his demons, but everything depends on his will.
You know, prayer is a way to unblock difficult situations, but it does not work efficiently if God do not agree it, for God is Holy and Just, He judges all things by His word, and if there are of disobedience and refusal to repent, must be sure that your prayer will no effect.
Many people believe that just ask prayers of a man or woman of God, to be granted, whereas when we pray for a person, God reveals to us the life of that person and we inform him, but it's the person to make a choice, either to repent or to continue to live in disobedience. The Bible says John 9v31: Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth.
The true born-again Christian has received the Spirit of God to lead him in everything he does not need to consult seers and others, because God speaks to him directly or by brothers and sisters in the Lord but if God does not speak, the Christian must patiently wait for the answer, whatever the time that God will take to respond.
