Habits kill the ministry !

Beloved! habits produce routine and routine causes spiritual death!
we must remain attentive to the Spirit of God so that we know where God wants us, and with who serve him.La Bible says Jn 3v8 : The wind bloweth where it listeth, and thou hearest the sound thereof, but canst not tell whence it cometh, and whither it goeth: so is every one that is born of the Spirit.

Many ministries had started well with the fire of the Holy Spirit, in the end because of routine habits and some complain that nothing advance if nothing advance is quite normal because with the same methods we obtain the same results, the results change when habits change.Example: A pastor can begin pastor of a local church and after go into a prophetic or apostolic ministry which led him to travel extensively within nations and also go with world leaders to bring the message of God, but if it is not attentive to the Spirit of God, he will not receive the mantle apostolic nor prophetic because it does not serve him anything.You know, in some assemblies Christians are so hung on their way to manage that when God sends new people to bring something new, they adamantly refuse, because they have a habit of proceed as, they are not ready to change, and yet among these people some are called to do great things for the kingdom of God, but they prefer their habits, so are missing out on their destiny.

So,we must constantly pray to know God's perfect plan for us and ask Him to give us the ability to understand and obey because God will ask us what we have do of the gifts he gave us

The prophet Elijah was fed by ravens until the stream from which the Lord had put him brook dried up, Elijah knows not complain, but he stayed to listen and God sent him to Zarephath where he was to enter another prophetic dimension where he must now confront the demonic powers and operated miracles.From the ministry of  prophetic word, Elijah enters into the Ministry of demonstration of power of God (1 Kings 17 1 Kings 19).
How many servants of God are sitting near a stream emptied and say God will bring rain as at other times???
These are the habits that made Moses not enter the promised land, because once the Lord had told him to strike the rock for water so that the peoples drink Exodus 17v6, and another time the Lord told him to talk to the rock, Moses striking instead of speaking but God in His faithfulness was leaving water for the people, when to Moses and the people, they were all punished (Num 20v7-12)
Let stay tuned and do not focus our habits because our God is alive let him be the master of everything.
