FIVE POINTS THAT MOVE CHRISTIANS AWAY FROM MESSIANIC JEWS

I will say out aloud what the Christians think in a low voice, and if it can help us unite, glory to God.
There are certain things that differentiate the Evangelicals from the Messianic Jews:
For Christians, all nations, Israelites and non-Israelites are united in the faith in Christ, and ethnic belonging does not matter, they are attached to the doctrine of salvation only by faith in Jesus- Christ.

For the Messianic Jews, the claim of ethnic (Jewish) belonging, and traditions, are very important and put before. From there, there is an erected barrier and therefore difficult to be united with Christians.

It's what concretely ? The Evangelicals are Christians (disciples of Christ), the name "Christian" has been attributed to the disciples of Jesus Christ, meaning: people belonging and practicing the doctrine of Christ, the apostles were thus distinguished among non-believers, and this name was given to them by unbelievers.
The Bible says: Then departed Barnabas to Tarsus, for to seek Saul: And when he had found him, he brought him unto Antioch. And it came to pass, that a whole year they assembled themselves with the church, and taught much people. And the disciples were called Christians first in Antioch. Acts 11v25-26

FIRST POINT: According to some Messianic Jews, Christians are the non-Jews converted to Christ, so they call them Goyim, so they put difference between them and Christians, and the Bible tells us that Christians Are all those who have accepted Jesus Christ in their lives and who are born again and who serve Him, Christians are disciples of Christ. You will see throughout the New Testament, when one speak about disciples of Jesus Christ, There is talk of Jews and non-Jews, and therefore Messianic Jews who put this difference have no biblical foundation, and therefore they are in error, for all the early apostles or disciples of Christ were all Jews- Israelites, before converting to Christ to become Christians, and it was they who evangelized the non-Jews.
Precision: The name "Jew" is not a belief or faith, it is an ethnic group, and the name "Christian" is not an ethnic group but a belief, a faith. The Jews are Hebrew Israelites of Judea, in the kingdom of Judah, the tribes are: Judah, Benjamin, Levi, and Simeon because the tribe of Simeon had his land in the middle of Judah, The LORD had given the kingdom of Judah to Judah and Benjamin, but Levi and Simeon were also there). They are called Judaeans, translated into French as "Juifs" and "Jews" in English. And so when a Jew converts to Christ his Messiah, he becomes a Christian by his faith, but he remains a Jew by his ethnicity.

SECOND POINT: According to some Messianic Jews and Rabbis of Orthodox Judaism, Christians must come closer to the Jews because the Jews are the great brothers of the Christians, because Jesus Christ and His disciples were Jews, so what are they talking about? What does Jesus' ethnic belonging in His doctrine do? No passage in the Bible says that one must approach the Jews to know the word of God or to be saved, why then do they say that Christians must come closer to them? What they have more than Christians?
OK! Do they want Christians to practice their traditions in order to be recognized by them?
The Christian, whether Jewish or not, has been forgiven of his sins by his baptism; he has been delivered from sin and justified by the sacrifice of Jesus Christ on the cross; he has received the Spirit of God who Teaches to him all that his Teacher Christ teaches in the Bible, he received the gifts of the Spirit to minister, etc., and is led by the Spirit of God.
The Bible says: Howbeit when he, the Spirit of truth, is come, he will guide you into all truth: for he shall not speak of himself; but whatsoever he shall hear, that shall he speak: and he will shew you things to come. He shall glorify me: for he shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you. Jonh 16v13-14
But what they do not know is that Christ came to gather all the children of Jacob from all the nations, redeeming them by His sacrifice, and also saving the nations, and therefore among the Christians there are the children of Jacob so Jews who are among nations. The Messianic Jews and the Orthodox rabbis should know and take account of it, for Christians need only Jesus Christ, their Savior and Lord.
They go so far as to say that salvation comes from them, because Jesus said that salvation comes from the Jews. Salvation comes from Jesus Christ who had come from the Judeans, Jesus Christ is salvation, and not a sinful man.

THIRD POINT: According to some Messianic Jews, Christians are pagans converted to Christ who have been grafted onto the good olive tree, taking themselves as the olive tree on which the Christians were grafted. The good olive tree of which he speaks in Romans, is none other than the Lord Jesus Christ Himself! Rom 11v24: For if thou wert cut out of the olive tree which is wild by nature, and wert graffed contrary to nature into a good olive tree: how much more shall these, which be the natural branches, be graffed into their own olive tree?
(On their own olive tree, for their olive tree is Christ, they are not their own olive tree).
They confuse the green olive with the frank olive. The good olive tree is Christ and the green olive tree is Israel when it is obedient to the Lord, so the Lord compares them to a verdant olive tree.
This is what the Bible says about this: What hath my beloved to do in mine house, seeing she hath wrought lewdness with many, and the holy flesh is passed from thee? when thou doest evil, then thou rejoicest. The LORD called thy name, A green olive tree, fair, and of goodly fruit: with the noise of a great tumult he hath kindled fire upon it, and the branches of it are broken. For the LORD of hosts, that planted thee, hath pronounced evil against thee, for the evil of the house of Israel and of the house of Judah, which they have done against themselves to provoke me to anger in offering incense unto Baal. Jer 11v15-17

FOURTH POINT: According to some Messianic Jews, Christians do not observe Shabbat, feasts and circumcision, food and so on. When the Lord gave the commandment of the Shabbat, He gave no indication concerning the day of the week on which Shabbat was to be observed, the word "Shabbat" means "rest", not "Saturday", God said, "You will work six days and on the seventh day you will rest, so, it is open, everyone can practice it on the day of his rest provided that it is observed, the Messianic and Orthodox Rabbis observe it on Saturday, And Christians, on Sunday, logically there is no problem, but they say that Christians observe the day of the sun king, because Sunday is the day of the sun, but they do not know that Saturday is also the day of the Saturn god, for all the days of the week bear the name of a pagan deity, so why judging others?
That is why the Apostle Paul said:  And you, being dead in your sins and the uncircumcision of your flesh, hath he quickened together with him, having forgiven you all trespasses; Blotting out the handwriting of ordinances that was against us, which was contrary to us, and took it out of the way, nailing it to his cross; And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it.
Let no man therefore judge you in meat, or in drink, or in respect of an holyday, or of the new moon, or of the sabbath days: Which are a shadow of things to come; but the body is of Christ. Col 2v13-17
The seven feasts of the Lord have not been abolished, but what has been abolished are the ordinances (all sacrifices and worship around these feasts), the Levitical priesthood being abolished and there is no more temple, so we no longer need to observe them as they did before the birth of the Church of Jesus Christ. The Church of Jesus Christ met on Sunday for worship as is still the case today, and the Spirit of God is always present and performs miracles and saves souls through Christians, this is the purpose of the Gospel and the essential. Yes Jesus preached in the synagogues the Shabbat, because His Church was not yet born, He was under the sacerdotal law.
And He never taught His disciples to observe the priestly law and human traditions.

FIFTH POINT: Some Messianic Jews, mix the Talmud with the Bible in their sermons, are going to take their teachings from Jewish Orthodox sites, so rabbinic traditions are preached and practiced in their Synagogues, and they are also in the Kabbalah ( The Jewish mysticism), they practice the feasts which are outside the feasts instituted by the Lord, etc., a great confusion.
How do they want the Christians who have been saved to follow them in this confusion
Knowing that the Lord Jesus Christ is blasphemed, cursed, and Christians despised in the Talmud?

NB: I do not generalize because there are true Messianic Jews who fear God and conform to the doctrine of Christ, without adding nor subtracting from it.
The apostle Paul was a true Israelite Jew, he was in the Pharisees sect, but when the Lord Jesus revealed Himself to him, he converted and preached only Christ without intermingling with traditions of men, On the contrary, he fought them with all his might to glorify Christ and save souls, and not to lead them to follow a religion of men. Paul succeeded in uniting the Israelites and non-Israelites in a common faith, but what we are seeing today, it's division.

Whosoever transgresseth, and abideth not in the doctrine of Christ, hath not God. He that abideth in the doctrine of Christ, he hath both the Father and the Son. 2 John 1v9

For ye are all the children of God by faith in Christ Jesus. For as many of you as have been baptized into Christ have put on Christ. There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus. And if ye be Christ's, then are ye Abraham's seed, and heirs according to the promise. Gal 3v26-29

The definition of denomination "Messianic Jews" is: Judaeans = Jews who believed in their Messiah, and the word "Messiah" means "anointed" which gives "Christ", so in reality the Messianic Jews are Christians, but they refuse this name because they want to put a difference between them and the Christians, calling themselves Jews, they believe themselves superior to Christians, also knowing that Messianic Judaism is a religion to which everyone can adhere and therefore how many Are they really descendants of Jacob (Israel) to call themselves Jews? Is Christ divided?

Imagine Christians who are of Jews Israelites origin, also creating their denomination "Jews Christians", and the French "French Christians", "Ivorians Christians"  "American Christian" etc., we'll never end with division. This is not the Church of Christ, ethnic belonging has no place in it.

May God put humility, wisdom and love in hearts in order to be true disciples of Christ in unity.
God bless you! Hawa Esther Maiga
