THE DOCTRINE OF CHURCH 2- THE ANOINTING OIL

The doctrine of the Church is a doctrine based on an erroneous interpretation of the scriptures, combined with human thoughts and traditions. My subject today is "the anointing oil". Many servants of God use an oil prepared with special spices to anoint which they calls "the anointing oil," but this practice is in accordance with the doctrine of Christ?
The Bible says that Jacob set up a pillar where God had spoken to him and he poured oil on the monument (Genesis 28v18, 35v14 Gn), it had to be a common practice at this time before the promulgation of the law, was it a special oil, was it also put on humans? Here's what the Bible says about the anointing oil: Moreover the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, Take thou also unto thee principal spices,of pure myrrh five hundred shekels, and of sweet cinnamon half so much, even two hundredand fifty shekels, and of sweet calamus two hundred and fifty shekels,  And of cassia fivehundred shekels, after the shekel of the sanctuary, and of oil olive an hin:  And thou shalt make it an oil of holy ointment, an ointment compound after the art of the apothecary: it shall be an holy anointing oil. Exodus 30v22-25.
This oil was prepared according to the order and instructions of God by a specific person (Moses) and for a specific use and in a specific context (Levitical priesthood, the old covenant).

Now, let us see the use of this oil, from verse 26-33: And thou shalt anoint the tabernacle of the congregationtherewith, and the ark of the testimony,  And the table and all his vessels, and the candlestick and his vessels, and the altar of incense,  And the altar of burnt offering with all his vessels, and the laver and his foot.  And thou shalt sanctify them, that they may be mostholy: whatsoever toucheth them shall be holy.  And thou shalt anoint Aaron and his sons, and consecrate them, that they may minister unto me in the priest's office.  And thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel, saying, This shall be an holy anointing oil unto me throughout your generations.  Upon man's flesh shall it not be poured, neither shall ye make any other like it, after the composition of it: it is holy, and it shall be holy unto you. Whosoever compoundeth any like it, or whosoever putteth any of it upon a stranger, shall even be cut off from his people.
According to the instructions of God, the anointing oil was made especially to sanctify all that was to be used for the service of God, and also to consecrate only Aaron and his sons, this oil was not to be reproduced by the subsequently, it should not be placed on other people, and so the descendants of Aaron were anointed for generations. The prophet Jeremiah was a descendant of Aaron, that's why the Lord said to him: Before I formed thee in the belly I knew thee; and before thou camest forth out of the womb I sanctified thee, and I ordained thee a prophet unto the nations. Jer 1v5.

Kings were also anointed with oil, but it was not a special oil made with ingredients commanded by God, it's was the simple oil. It is therefore clear that the "special anointing oil" used by some pastors, apostles, prophets, and others, has no Biblical foundation. Some go to Jerusalem or elsewhere to buy a oil "the anointing oil", according to them, the power of God is in this oil, yet they do not know the mind of those preparing this so-called "oil 'anointing",  they are not even born again, because a born again person, would not make a special oil for anointing because neither Christ nor His apostles did not give instructions about preparation of "a anointing oil".  There are even some who sell their "anointing oil" supposedly that those who will buy it and who will have it in their home, will be blessed, this reminds me the Catholic holy water, and like a talisman, it's mysticism and witchcraft! because anyone born again is already anointed with the Holy Spirit, this person does not need a special oil to be blessed nor to be heal, however, utilization of oil is not prohibited in the New Covenant, it is a simple oil, which we have to use to anoint the sick in the Name of the Lord Jesus, as Jac 5v14 said. The power is not in oil, but into the man whom God anointed with His Spirit, just pray with faith and it's the Lord who will heal the sick. The demons are cast out, the sick are heals, the blind see, etc, all in the Name of the Lord Jesus Christ.

It is because of this practice "anointing oil" that many people have no personal relationship with God, because the doctrine of the church tells them that "the anointing oil" protects, heals and blesses them, that's why many people buy this "anointing oil" because many people like easiness.
One day I was in a church that had invited a propet to preach and this prophet had bottles of "anointing oil" for sale there were for all price, the cheapest cost was 50 euros, I wanted take the one of 50 euros  but when I was going to buy "anointing oil" , the Spirit of God told me "do not buy this oil,"  I returned to my seat, but many people bought this oil, some paid 500, 300, 200, 100 and 50 euros, and your blessing depended on your budget! some sell their "anointing oil" in amounts higher than that, and too bad for the poor.

Do not longer let you stripped by these people, because any oil made with plants or spices supposedly to heal or bless, do not come from God! and anything that does not come from God, comes from the enemy, many Christians are spellbound by this mysterious oil. Comply you with the sound doctrine of Jesus Christ for the salvation of your souls, you do not need a special oil to be saved or to be blessed! repent and return to God.

May God help you to return to the truth! H.E.Maiga
